***Mantra Monday Update***
Woke up this morning with a very puffy face. It was a very frightening morning as I thought early onset middle-age had hit. Apparently thoguh I've inherited a food allergy along the way, most likely to shellfish that was in my sushi Sunday night. Oh, the irony. Needless to say, indulge, but do so with healthy caution.
