In the Winner's Circle

Awards season is finally here!  And with it lots of beautiful stunning designer dresses.  Though it some of the beauty was missing from the gowns at this year's Golden Globes.  Still, those who know how to work the carpet do so in fantastic fashion.  My favorite look from this year's GGs goes to Claire Danes, who also won and gave a touching speech, for her performance in Temple Grandin.  Following Ms. Danes would be one of the all-time Red Carpet bests (and at such a young age too), Anne Hathaway.   Picking up the rear would be Catharine Zeta-Jones (who could also win for best looking couple alongside her hubby, Michael Douglas) and the newly blonde, Emma Stone.  Because I felt many of the gowns were very lackluster, the final award goes to Colin Firth, who always makes a tux and accent look even better.  Countdown to the Grammys begins now!
