If it looks and sounds a little odd, it must be delicious! This past Sunday I visited the urban chic Zed 451 in Chicago's River North neighborhood for a less than traditional brunch. The restaurant is a modern dining experience serving just one portion-size of a variety of fused dishes. While waiting in between bites you're free to graze the various harvest tables. My favorite tasting? The Belgian waffle topped with buffalo chicken. A truly delightful sensory experience.
